Job summary

Maptek Pty Ltd in Gauteng is seeking a Technical Specialist – Survey to support the Business Development team. The role focuses on delivering customer-facing technical demonstrations of Mine Measurement solutions and assisting with technical proposals for customer projects.

You will build deep product knowledge, engage with senior account contacts, and contribute to demonstrations and proofs of concept on site, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain knowledge of Maptek Mine Measurement solutions.
• Prepare accurate and engaging technical sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Provide cross-department assistance with technical presentations and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer-facing technical demonstrations for Maptek Mine Measurement products.
• Assist with technical proposals and customer solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior contacts at key accounts.
• Support Salesforce CRM data entry and weekly activity reporting.
