Job summary

Rcpm Industries is seeking a general labourer to provide essential labour and operational support at our mining site. The role focuses on maintaining clean and safe work areas, assisting with blast-area clearing, and supporting cable and water management activities.

Candidates should have Grade 10 or higher, a Basic Safety Induction, and at least 1 year of mining or general labour experience. Ability to follow instructions and work in shifts is required, with good teamwork and communication

Requirements

Do you have Grade 10 or higher?

Have you completed a Basic Safety Induction?

Do you have at least 1 year of previous mining, general labour or operational experience?

Ability to perform general labour and housekeeping duties. Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures. Good teamwork and communication skills. Physically fit to perform the duties required for the role. Awareness of workplace hazards and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Reliable, punctual and willing to work shifts when required. Ability to maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
