Job summary

ARCS is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of the used vehicle lots in Wes-Kaap, South Africa. You will drive vehicle sales, manage profitability, and implement strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.

You will lead sales and support teams, monitor performance, control expenses, and ensure customer service excellence while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.
