Job summary

ARCS in South Africa seeks a seasoned Pre-Owned/Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our used-vehicle division. You will drive unit sales, manage pricing, stock turnover, and profitability while mentoring a sales team.

The ideal candidate has strong dealership experience, GWM/Haval exposure is a plus, CMS proficiency, and a Code 8 driver's license. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving targets in a dynamic market.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Pre-Owned / Used Vehicle Sales Manager or similar senior automotive sales role.
• Strong automotive dealership experience.
• GWM/Haval experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of pre-owned vehicle sales, valuations, pricing, stock management and profitability.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and gross profit targets.
• Previous experience managing and developing a sales team.
• Strong understanding of vehicle acquisition and trade-in processes.
• CMS experience is essential.
• Valid Code 8 driver’s licence.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-service orientation.
