Qualifications

• 5+ years in multi-unit hospitality or retail management.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership with P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across restaurant, bakery, and retail shop.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage scheduling.
• Maintain site presentation and cleanliness of facilities.
• Manage budgets, costs, cash handling, and shrinkage.
• Produce reports for owners and drive growth initiatives.
