Job summary

Kendrick Recruitment seeks a highly capable General Manager for a new leisure venue opening in Hillcrest. The candidate will lead a hands-on operation across golf simulators, darts, bar, retail/reception and social offerings, from pre-opening through to full operation.

We are looking for an experienced manager from busy customer-facing settings, with a strong focus on revenue, profitability and guest experience, able to work evenings and seven days a week in a high-volume environment.

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly capable and commercially minded General Manager for an exciting new leisure and entertainment venue opening in the Hillcrest area. The concept will combine golf simulators, darts, a bar, retail/reception elements and a strong social and entertainment offering. This is not a golf professional role. We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on operator who can take ownership of the business from pre‑opening through to full operation. The successful candidate could come from a high-volume restaurant or QSR environment, entertainment or leisure venue, padel or sports facility, bar, club, lifestyle business or another busy customer‑facing operation.

Salary: R50,000 – R60,000 CTC per month, with a performance-based incentive structure to be introduced.
