About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management for the industrial division.
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share goals.

• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility for the division.

• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Drive innovation in product development and manufacturing processes.

• Report on divisional performance to senior executive leadership.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive management experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector, with at least 5 years in a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability in a complex industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and quality systems.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, financial acumen, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience managing diverse teams and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
