Job summary

NTCSA is seeking an Executive Leader for Corporate Services to drive strategy and enablement across Security, SHREQ, Facilities, Communications and Fleet.

The role leads governance, risk, and compliance, while ensuring stakeholder confidence, a strong corporate reputation, and efficient, integrated service delivery across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Honours Degree is required and 10 years of advisory experience to executive management is expected.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management, governance, compliance and service delivery.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams in a complex corporate services environment.

Area of specialization: To provide strategic leadership and executive oversight of NTCSA's Corporate Services portfolio, encompassing Security, SHREQ, Facilities Management, Communications and Stakeholder Management, Marketing and Branding, and Fleet Management.The role is accountable for developing integrated strategies, governance frameworks and enabling services that promote organisational resilience, stakeholder confidence, corporate reputation, regulatory compliance, employee wellbeing, operational efficiency and sustainable performance. The position further provides oversight of Business Support Services to ensure effective coordination, governance, administration and service delivery across the Corporate Services portfolio.Task Grade: EEEBusiness Unit: NTCSA ExecutiveDepartment: Corporate ServicesLocation: Megawatt Park, Sunninghill, Gauteng

Experience

• Experience in managing large multidisciplinary teams and driving organisational performance in a complex environment.
• Relevant experience in Corporate Services, facilities/property management, business services, enterprise support services or a related multidisciplinary environment, of which at least 5 years should have been at senior management/executive leadership level in a large and complex organisation
