Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Science or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification such as an MBA is advantageous.
• Minimum 5–8 years' experience in General Management or equivalent senior leadership.
• Strong background in technical manufacturing, mining equipment, mineral processing or laboratory services.
• Demonstrated P&L accountability, budgeting and financial performance.
• Proven experience leading both commercial and operational functions within a technical business.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and operational improvements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.

This executive leadership opportunity is suited to a commercially driven professional with a strong background in technical manufacturing, mining equipment, mineral processing or laboratory services.

The successful candidate will assume responsibility for overall business performance, profitability and sustainable growth, combining strategic leadership with hands‑on operational management, financial accountability and customer development.

The Role

The General Manager will provide strategic, commercial and operational leadership across all business functions, ensuring the successful execution of the Company's objectives while driving profitability, operational excellence and sustainable growth.

We are looking for an accomplished business leader who combines technical industry knowledge with strong commercial acumen, proven P&L accountability and the ability to lead and develop high‑performing multidisciplinary teams.

The Requirements

• Track record of driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency and delivering measurable business improvements
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, quality management and continuous improvement
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing organisational capability
• Strong customer relationship management, stakeholder engagement and commercial negotiation skills
• Previous experience operating within a Group or multinational structure advantageous
