Globe 24-7, in partnership with a leading provider of analytical, metallurgical and mineral processing solutions, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead its Johannesburg-based business and deliver sustainable growth. This executive role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operations, financial accountability and customer development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Science or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification such as an MBA is advantageous.
• Minimum 5–8 years' experience in General Management or equivalent senior leadership.
• Strong background in technical manufacturing, mining equipment, mineral processing or laboratory services.
• Demonstrated P&L accountability, budgeting and financial performance.
• Proven experience leading both commercial and operational functions within a technical business.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and operational improvements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
