Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Science or a related field (a postgraduate qualification is advantageous).
• 5-8 years’ experience as a General Manager within manufacturing, mining, laboratory services or a related technical environment.
• Experience in a company reporting into a Group structure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and performance: drive execution of the business strategy through robust planning and implementation; track performance and take corrective action; identify risks and opportunities for growth; champion innovation and continuous improvement.
• Own commercial and financial results: grow revenue and profitability; manage the annual operating budget; strengthen relationships with key customers and support business development.

What You Bring
