Job summary

The Staff Connection is seeking an exceptional General Manager for a luxury hospitality operation. This senior leadership role requires warmth, strong commercial sense and a passion for people, delivering world-class guest experiences and managed across F&B, housekeeping and other departments.

You will lead budgets, drive occupancy and revenue, mentor HODs and build a high-performance culture within a compliant, safe environment.

Qualifications

• SA citizen - essential
• Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management
• Strong hospitality background with significant Food & Beverage experience
• Proven senior management / General Management experience
• Exceptional guest relations and service delivery skills
• Warm, approachable, compassionate and emotionally intelligent
• Strong leadership, communication and people-development abilities
• Sound commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
• Excellent operational and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of F&B, housekeeping and hospitality operations
