Job summary

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the effective management and running of the lodge.
• Ensure the lodge and brand are taken to the next level of service standards.
• Budget creation and management.
• CAPEX structuring and planning responsibility.
• Day-to-day management of the Lodge and Back of House.
• Create strategy for guest experience, staff welfare, health and safety and training; ensure plan is implemented and managed throughout the year.
• Create annual and monthly training plan for all departments and arrange external training and exchanges with other lodges where possible.
• Maintain the skills development plan.
• Create an environment where the company goals are continually met and visible in daily lodge operations.
• Overall responsibility for HR in the lodge, including labour relations and leave management.
• Work with Executive chef to ensure menu and food budgets align with standards.
• Structure and equipment budgeting and repair planning for buildings and equipment.
• Hosting all Agents, Media, and VIP Groups.
