Job summary

HotelJobs is seeking an Executive Chef for a Luxury Lodge in Botswana. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts and at least 5 years of senior chef experience in a lodge or hotel setting. Preference for candidates with lodge experience and African culinary exposure.

• Previous lodge experience preferred

• Ability to co-ordinate the kitchen team to produce menus and food items with attention to detail, and high standards of presentation

• Knowledgeable of all dietary and religious requirements
