Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Experience with inspections and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine gearbox lubrication and oil changes to maintain equipment performance.
• Inspect gearboxes for leaks, overheating, wear, or abnormal noise or vibration.
• Select and apply correct lubricants according to manufacturer specs.
• Take and record oil samples for condition monitoring as required.
• Maintain lubrication and maintenance records accurately.
• Identify potential gearbox and lubrication faults and assist with inspections and repairs.
• Ensure lubrication tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Follow health, safety, environmental, and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with mechanical and maintenance teams to prevent equipment failures.
