You'll engage with clients telephonically, identify their needs, and provide Gap Cover solutions that help protect them against unexpected medical expense shortfalls.
To generate and convert sales opportunities by providing clients with tailored Gap Cover solutions, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining regulatory compliance, and contributing to the growth and success of the business.
Generate new business by proactively engaging with prospective clients and converting sales opportunities. Conduct outbound sales calls to promote and sell Gap Cover and related insurance solutions. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products through a consultative sales approach. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, quality standards, and productivity metrics. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional and exceptional service. Accurately explain product features, benefits, exclusions, and pricing to prospective clients. Ensure all sales activities are conducted in line with FAIS requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales information on the relevant systems. Follow up on leads, referrals, and existing client opportunities to maximise conversion rates. Handle client objections effectively and utilise negotiation techniques to close sales. Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from sale through to policy implementation. Participate in training, coaching, and development initiatives to continuously improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by sharing best practices and supporting team objectives.
