Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Minimum 2 years' Sales Call Centre experience.
- Experience selling insurance-related products.
- FAIS-compliant with a Wealth Management qualification.
- RE qualification advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business by proactive outreach and converting opportunities.
- Conduct outbound calls to promote Gap Cover and related insurance.
- Identify client needs and advise suitable products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and standards.
- Maintain accurate client records and FAIS compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client experience.
- Stay informed on product updates and market trends.
