Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in non-profit fundraising, with a demonstrated success in meeting targets.
• Strong understanding of various fundraising methodologies, including major gifts, planned giving, and event fundraising.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire and persuade.
• Proficiency in donor management software (CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote responsibilities with necessary in-person interactions.
