Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or National Diploma with relevant experience.
Professional certification is preferred.
3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
Familiar with South Africa’s local financial policies.

Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Daily fund collection and payment, ledger registration, FX settlement and verification.
Manage bank account information and align with bank payment approvals.
Keep and manage receipts, checks and other financial documents.
Perform bank reconciliations and fund inventory, prepare monthly bank balances.
Prepare fund revenue/expense plans and daily fund payment budgets.
Submit capital reports per shareholder requirements.
Coordinate with financial auditors and provide required documents.
Assist finance manager with daily financial and administrative tasks.
