Job summary

Responsibilities

• Daily fund collection and payment processing.
• Ledger registration and foreign exchange settlement.
• Manage bank account information and payment approvals.
• Maintain receipts, checks and financial documents.
• Bank reconciliation and fund inventory management.
• Prepare fund revenue and expenditure plans and daily budget control.
• Submit capital reports per shareholder requirements.
• Assist auditors and provide financial documents.

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional certification (preferred)

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for daily fund collection and payment, ledger registration, foreign exchange settlement, foreign currency verification, and other related tasks

• Responsible for managing bank account information, docking with the bank's various payment approval procedures

• Keep and manage receipts, checks and other important financial documents

• Responsible for bank reconciliation and fund inventory work, and preparing monthly bank balance reconciliation statements

• Responsible for the preparation of fund revenue and expenditure plans and budget control of daily fund payments

• Responsible for submitting various capital reports in accordance with shareholder requirements

• Cooperate with financial auditors and provide relevant financial documents

• Assist in other daily financial and administrative work assigned by the finance manager
