The role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in optimizing operations, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in management consulting with a specialization in operations and supply chain management.
• Proven track record of leading successful operational transformation projects in a remote environment.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, supply chain optimization, and performance management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent remote collaboration, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements focused on enhancing operational efficiency, productivity, and quality for clients.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client operations, supply chains, and manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost containment.
• Utilize methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile to drive operational transformation remotely.
• Manage project teams and ensure successful implementation of operational improvements, delivering measurable ROI.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to client stakeholders through virtual presentations and reports.
