Placements24 is seeking an AI Ethics and Governance Specialist to join a remote, distributed AI and Emerging Technologies team. You will shape ethical frameworks, develop governance policies, and conduct impact assessments to ensure fair, transparent, and responsible AI across projects.

You will advise cross-functional teams on bias detection and mitigation, stay updated with global AI ethics regulations, and contribute to external discussions on responsible innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI ethics, responsible AI or technology governance.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and societal implications.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and enforce policies for responsible AI development and deployment.
• Conduct ethical risk assessments and impact analyses for AI systems.
• Advise cross-functional teams on fairness, bias detection and mitigation.
• Monitor evolving AI ethics regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Create training materials and run workshops on AI governance for staff.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and engineering to meet regulatory requirements.
