Qualifications

• Previous experience in a childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of child supervision and safety protocols.
• Ability to plan and lead engaging activities.

• Residency in or near Rustenburg, with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of all children attending the aftercare program.
• Organize and facilitate a variety of age-appropriate recreational and educational activities, including homework assistance.
• Manage daily routines, such as snack time, play, and quiet activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly aftercare environment.
• Communicate with parents regarding their child's day, behaviour, and any concerns.
• Uphold school policies and procedures related to child safety and discipline.
