Placements24 is seeking a reliable Aftercare Supervisor to oversee an engaging after-school program in Upington. You will ensure a safe, structured environment, supervise homework, organize activities, and coordinate snack times for children.

The role emphasizes communication with parents, strong organizational skills, and a passion for supporting children's development after school hours. First Aid/CPR certification is a plus, and flexible hours align with school terms.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in aftercare or similar setting.
• Understanding of child development and behavior management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Patience, responsibility and a proactive approach.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children in the aftercare program, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
