Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma, or equivalent experience.
• Good SQL/GBQ experience in high-load environments.
• Experience with e-commerce applications is advantageous.
• Experience with cloud infra, APIs, and enterprise ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Exposure to IT infrastructure, cloud tech, networking, and software systems.
• Strong incident, problem, and change management understanding.

• Handle operational issues across divisions to improve the fulfilment process.
• Remain hands-on as a manager while addressing operations.
• Build and retain a high-caliber engineering support team.
