FeelSilki is seeking a Fulfillment Manager to oversee daily picking/packing and dispatch operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will coordinate with sales and account management, manage reseller orders, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple channels.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse fulfillment with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and fluency with inventory and order management systems.

Competenze

• Matric certificate is required; bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or order dispatch, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of picking/packing workflows and warehouse management systems.
• Experience with inventory tracking and order management software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet dispatch deadlines, especially during peak periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
