Job summary

VKB Group seeks a Fuels Site Administrator to manage daily admin for the fuel forecourt, convenience store and quick service restaurant. This hands-on role acts as second in command and primary contact for staff and suppliers when the Site Manager is away, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.

The role requires solid admin, retail, and financial administration experience, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 qualification completed.
• Code A Driver’s License required.
• 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Bookkeeping qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Cash-ups, fuel readings, and banking processes daily.
• Stock management for C-Store and bakery including pricing.
• Staff administration: rosters, onboarding, training schedules.
• General site admin: invoices, payments, and reporting.
