Job summary

VKB Fuels is seeking a meticulous Fuels Site Administrator to manage daily admin for the forecourt, Convenience Store, and Quick Service Restaurant. You will serve as second-in-command on site, handle staff and supplier queries, and ensure compliance and reporting across the site.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of admin experience, MS Office proficiency, and a bookkeeping qualification is a plus. On-site role with full-time hours at VKB Fuels.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant admin experience.
• Computer literate with MS Office.
• Bookkeeping qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Cash-up, fuel reconciliations and banking processes.
• Stock management for C-Store and bakery.
• Staff administration, rosters and training schedules.
• General site administration and invoicing.
