Job summary

Talent Evolution (Pty) Ltd based in Vredendal, Western Cape, seeks a Fuel Station Manager to oversee the fuel station and convenience store, driving profitability, staff performance and excellent customer service.

You will manage day-to-day operations, inventory, safety and regulatory compliance while leading a team to achieve sales targets and high service standards. This demanding role requires hands-on leadership and strong financial controls.

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant retail sales experience with a managerial track record.
• Experience managing fuel retail or convenience retail operations.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the fuel station and convenience store.
• Conduct regular site inspections and operational checks.
• Monitor fuel operations, stock levels and service standards.
• Ensure safety, compliance, cleanliness and maintenance.
• Drive sales growth through promotions and customer initiatives.
• Lead and develop the site team to achieve objectives.
