Responsibilities

• Strategize and manage site plan and budget with focus on sales and profit.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations including fuel handling, retail, inventory and compliance.
• Lead safety, regulatory adherence and quality standards across the site.
• Drive customer experience and supplier/franchisor relationships to ensure profitability.
