Vodacom is seeking a Senior Specialist: FTTX Business Systems Integration to design and lead the implementation of capabilities that support the strategic expansion of the FTTX department.

The role focuses on cross-functional processes and system integration via APIs or portal integrations to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and reduce costs. Based at Vodacom Campus Midrand, you will oversee business analysis and project delivery in an Agile environment.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in end-to-end FTTX/Broadband systems.
• Ability to review and optimise business processes and systems.
• Experience with API integration and partner portals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Deep understanding of end-to-end FTTX and Fixed systems and processes.
• Review and analyse current systems to improve efficiency.
• Maintain, re-evaluate, optimise or automate business processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and integration with Vodacom and third-party providers.
• Collaborate with third party Fibre providers to improve service delivery.
• Define technical workflows for business capabilities by documenting enhancements.
• Review technical solution specs for initiatives to ensure fit for purpose.
• Provide guidance to service delivery teams for alignment.
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage virtual teams.
• Apply quality management techniques during projects.
• Ensure solution compliance with security, privacy, regulatory needs.
• Advocate adoption of new technologies into solutions.
• Liaise with IT Operations to discuss support and root causes.
