Job summary

Lotus Hr And Recruitment is seeking an experienced Logistics and Commercial Coordinator to join a growing fruit export and marketing operation. The role blends export logistics coordination with hands-on commercial support to ensure seamless execution of orders and shipments in a high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates will have 3–8 years in logistics/export operations, familiarity with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and cold storage, and strong Excel/system skills to manage large data

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in logistics, international shipping or export operations
• Experience in high-volume export environments, preferably fruit/FMCG
• Hands-on with shipping lines, freight forwarders, containers
• Knowledge of international shipping processes and export documentation
• Stock management, forecasting, and load planning across cold stores
• Strong Excel and systems proficiency
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Driver's license, own car, clear criminal and credit record

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vessel bookings and export shipments.
• Assist with order management and commercial activities.
• Liaise with service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor stock levels and plan loads between storage locations.
• Ensure compliance with destination market requirements.
