Embelo is building its Cape Town capability to deliver world-class workforce management solutions for UK clients. As a Functional Consultant, you will design, configure, and implement WFM technology end-to-end to transform frontline performance, productivity, and employee experience.

You’ll work in a hybrid model (3–4 days in office) and partner with UK founders to shape processes, deliver multi-site projects, and grow with a dynamic South African team supporting global clients.

Qualificações

• Proven experience delivering and implementing WFM solutions.
• Strong understanding of frontline worker processes and best practice.
• Hands-on configuration expertise with WFM systems.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into system designs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset; support and develop others to achieve outcomes.
• Flexible, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with clients, managing stakeholders, and building strong relationships.
• Continuously upskill on new partner solutions to become a trusted expert across multiple WFM platforms.
• Gather requirements, define scope, and constructively challenge current ways of working.
• Lead to-be process definition and designing end-to-end solutions.
• Configure systems and build solutions that meet customer needs.
• Conduct testing, provide user support, and deliver iterative solution improvements.
• Facilitate training and support change management throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide post-implementation support to ensure solutions are fully fit for purpose.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Contribute to the growth of our boutique consultancy across diverse areas.
