Job summary

iLaunch (Pty) Ltd is seeking a skilled WFM integration specialist in Gauteng to design and implement end-to-end WFM integration solutions. You will configure WFM systems, work with HR/payroll vendors, and guide customers on business processes and policies.

The role also involves training customers and providing after-sales support, leveraging Mel Dell Boomi, AWS or Azure cloud tools, and Microsoft certifications where relevant.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end WFM integration designs.
• Ability to configure WFM systems and integrations.
• Experience in preparing technical and functional design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements and design end-to-end WFM integration solutions
• Understand the WFM blueprint and configure the system and its integration
• Work with customers third party vendors (eg HR, payroll etc)
• Define and guide customers on business process and policies
• Conduct Training
• Provide After Sales Support to customers
