Job Description

As a WFM Technical Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering end‑to‑end implementations of our partner’s technology. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, build and integrate the system to align with business needs, and ensure a seamless transition to future ways of working. Your expertise will help clients optimise their WFM processes, improve employee experiences, and leverage exciting technology.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in Cape Town approx. 3 days in the office 8‑5 pm. If you’re applying from another location, please be aware relocation to Cape Town will be required and would need to be arranged personally.

Key responsibilities:

• Client engagement, stakeholder management and relationship building
• Upskilling on new partner solutions to become a leader of a variety of WFM software solutions
• Technical requirements gathering, scope definition and challenging current ways of working
• To‑be technical, integration and end‑to‑end solution design
• System configuration and solution build to meet customer needs
• Data transformation and migration
• Testing, user support and iterative solution implementation
• Post‑implementation support to ensure solutions fully fit for purpose
• Working closely with team members and clients to ensure the successful execution of consulting projects
• Supporting the growth of our dynamic boutique consultancy across a wide variety of areas
