Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years in guest services/front desk or related area.
• 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsabilités

• Manages day-to-day Front Desk operations and staffing levels to meet guest service and financial goals.
• Maintains guest services and front desk goals through effective supervision and communication.
• Handles guest complaints and resolves conflicts to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Trains and develops Front Desk staff; supervises shift operations in the Front Office.
• Ensures property policies and SOPs are followed and communicated to team.
