Job Title: Front Office and Spa Receptionist

Location: Groblersbrug

Salary: R8 000 – R10 000

Live-in position / Accommodation provided.

Job Duties

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently
• Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests
• Maintain accurate guest records and billing
• Ensure exceptional guest service at all times
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment
• MUST have Opera hotel system experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well‑groomed with a professional appearance
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Proficient in computer systems (hotel systems experience advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Hospitality qualification advantageous
