Formación

• Proven experience supervising front desk operations in a hotel.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation skills.
• Excellent English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the front desk and supervise staff to ensure a warm welcome to all guests.
• Ensure accurate billing and cash handling.
• Handle guest feedback constructively and professionally.
• Respond to emergency situations.
• Coach and train junior members of staff.
• Part of the Duty Management team.
