Qualifications

• Relevant and completed tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Trade, Shipping, Freight and Financial.
• Experience with numeracy, statistics, calculations, and freight.
• Proficient in MS Office especially Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a running schedule of shipments registered versus invoiced.
• Ensure accurate invoicing of shipments for clients.
• Prepare accurate split sheets in preparation for invoicing.
• Collaborate with key relationships: Import/Export Teams, Shipping Lines, Operations Teams, Customers.
