Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open shipment files, allocate numbers and obtain rates.
• QC pre-alert documents for completeness and validity.
• Coordinate end-to-end shipments with clients and offices.
• Monitor cargo arrival, bookings and handovers to internal teams.
• Ensure invoicing aligns with estimates and accruals.
• Interact with clients to provide shipment updates and support.
