Jobgether is partnering with a software and consulting business seeking a Sales Manager B2B freelance in South Africa. You will lead the entire sales cycle, promoting AI-powered solutions to DACH clients, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The role requires 5–8 years in B2B sales, fluent German (C1+), strong CRM experience, and the ability to work independently as a freelancer. Travel to Germany may be required; fully remote with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of proven B2B solution sales experience.
• Fluent German (C1+) and very good English.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Able to work as a freelancer with independence and self-organisation.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell software solutions and consulting services to German market B2B.
• Acquire new customers while expanding existing accounts.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to contract closure.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and management teams.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and revenue plans.
• Meet revenue targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report KPIs.
• Present value-driven solutions to customers.
• Represent the business at industry events and conferences.
