Job summary

Takealot Fulfilment Solutions (TFS), a division of Takealot Online (RF) (Pty) Ltd, seeks a Franchise Compliance Supervisor to join our Eastern Cape team in Gqeberha. You will monitor franchise performance, ensure SOP adherence, and drive improvements across the delivery network.

You’ll train franchise managers and drivers, audit compliance, report KPIs, and collaborate with head office to implement corrective actions. Field-based role requiring travel within the region.

Qualifications

• 3 yrs experience in a client-facing role in an operational environment or similar.
• Must have a driver’s license.
• Ability to analyse data and create reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Proven track record in operational delivery and execution.
• Operational experience managing an outlet, hub or a restaurant will be advantageous
• Hospitality/retail franchise experience advantageous
• Training experience in an operational setting advantageous
• IT or tech savvy advantageous
• Field-based work experience
• Previous experience in the logistics industry not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Coordinate across functional teams to promote efficient operations
• Analyse and report on eCommerce performance metrics to identify growth opportunities

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on franchise and driver performance and operational compliance in the field.
• Gain contextual understanding of the operational levers involved in driving performance regionally and branch-specific.
• Train and inform SOPs at a franchise level (Managers, Drivers), and identify non-compliance as necessary to senior management.
• Assist in the continued improvement of SOPs across the delivery network.
• Maintain service levels of franchises according to SLAs and implement corrective measures within service hubs.
• Monitor and report on branch adherence to franchise agreements and KPIs.
• Manage and improve weekly KPIs at franchise level.
• Conduct regular audits to assess and measure performance and compliance.
• Travel locally within an allocated region and to regional branches as required.
• Address key branch tracking metrics in regional driver growth with franchise management teams and weekly reports.
• Address regional performance management metrics with franchise teams and compile weekly reports
• Address regional complaints and branch-customer satisfaction metrics with franchise teams and weekly reports

Your responsibilities will include:

• Travel locally in and around an allocated region, as well as to allocated regional branches as required as part of your weekly deliverables
• Address key branch tracking metrics in regional driver growth with the franchise management teams and compiling weekly reports to feedback and address

• Address key branch tracking metrics in regional complaints and branch-customer satisfaction with the franchise management teams and compiling weekly reports to feedback and address
