Job summary

Placements24 seeks an experienced Management Consultant with FP&A expertise to join our client’s team in Centurion, Gauteng. The role focuses on optimizing financial strategies, forecasting accuracy, and driving performance for diverse clients.

You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, delivering data-driven insights, KPIs, and dashboards while collaborating closely with finance teams and executives in a client-facing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years FP&A, financial analysis or management consulting with a finance focus.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting and budgeting knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust FP&A processes.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for clients.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, provide insights.
• Create KPIs and financial dashboards for reporting.
• Assist clients with ERP and budgeting tool implementations.
• Conduct variance analysis and explain deviations.
• Advise on cost management and profitability improvement.
• Prepare financial reports and executive presentations.
