Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Product Manager based in South Africa to own execution quality of an advanced blockchain/DeFi product. You will drive onboarding of liquidity sources, translate business needs into clear engineering tickets, and collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams in a remote-first, international environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, learning, and cross-functional collaboration, with Europe open to candidates.

Qualifications

5+ years in product management in technically complex environments.
Mandatory blockchain experience.
Data-driven with ability to interpret performance data.
Excellent communication with external partners such as decentralized exchanges.
Translate complex problems into clear requirements for engineering teams.

Responsabilités

Own execution quality across the aggregation product and define performance standards.
Onboard new liquidity sources and ecosystems from discovery to launch.
Collaborate with technical lead to translate objectives into clear specs and tickets.
Monitor API behavior and transaction outcomes to identify issues.
Build strong relationships with external partners for successful integrations.
Analyze product performance data to guide decisions and improvements.
Lead initiatives from discovery through delivery with high execution standards.
Foster a collaborative, learning-focused team culture.
