Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Advise customers on product options and promotions.
• Manage stock with rotation, cold chain, and hygiene standards.
• Identify and address quality concerns and returns.
• Maintain shop-keeping disciplines, planograms, and cleanliness.
• Minimise shrinkage by reporting issues and following security protocols.
• Promote new lines and ongoing promotions with product knowledge.
• Demonstrate punctuality and teamwork in meetings.
