Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Manage stock replenishment with accurate rotation and full, visually appealing shelves.
• Maintain hygiene standards and cold chain protocols for food products.
• Identify and report quality concerns, stock issues, and suspicious activities promptly.
• Support shop-keeping by following planograms, shelf labeling, and maintaining a clean department.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and promote benefits or promotions to customers.
• Exhibit personal leadership through punctuality and code of conduct in team meetings.
• Work across different shifts as a reliable team member.
• Assist with documentation and stock system management using basic computer skills
