The role involves leading QC staff, calibrating and verifying food safety equipment, and conducting internal, quarterly, allergen, and external audits to ensure QA system compliance and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has a 3-year degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or Consumer Science and a minimum of 3 years FMCG/food processing experience.

Food Technologist/QAT - CCD Temporary Position in Centurion, GautengReport to: Operations Salary: R112 per hour Purpose of the Role
As a Food Technologist/QAT at CCD, you will be responsible for managing QC staff, calibration of food safety equipment, verification of food safety equipment, internal audits, quarterly audits, allergen audits, and external audits. You will ensure compliance with QA systems and drive continuous improvement.Main Responsibilities Managing QC Staff Calibration of Food Safety Equipment Verification of Food Safety Equipment Internal Audits Quarterly Audits Allergen Audits External Audits Education and Qualification Education: A 3-year qualification in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or Consumer Science.
