Job summary

Bridgena Barnard Personnel Group is seeking a quality, compliance and systems leader to own the integrated management system across quality, product safety and OH&S. You’ll drive verification of compliance and ensure operations consistently meet the highest standards.

The role requires a degree in Quality Management or related field, plus extensive experience in manufacturing QA, audits and continuous improvement. Starting date negotiable.

Qualifications

• 7 years of QA, compliance and quality systems experience in manufacturing/production.
• Hands-on ownership of a certified management system (e.g., BRCGS Packaging and/or ISO 9001).
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP/HARA, Quality FMEA and OH&S HIRA.
• Experience managing internal audit programmes (system, process, contractor).
• Experience CAPA, change management, calibration and measurement control.

Are you a quality and compliance professional ready to take ownership of an organisation’s integrated management system?

We’re looking for an experienced Quality, Compliance & Systems professional to lead our clients quality, product safety and OH&S systems, drive compliance verification, and ensure our operations consistently meet the highest standards.

What you’ll bring:

• Relevant degree in Quality Management, Food Science/Food Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 years’ experience in quality assurance, compliance and quality systems within manufacturing/production.
• At least 3 years in a systems-owner or supervisory role.
• Proven ownership of a certified management system, such as BRCGS Packaging and/or ISO 9001.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP/HARA, Quality FMEA and OH&S HIRA.
• Experience managing internal audit programmes, including system, process and contractor audits.
• Hands-on ownership of CAPA, change management, calibration and measurement control.
• Strong analytical, investigation, documentation and reporting skills, with meticulous attention to records, SOPs and defined processes.
