Job summary

Bridgena Barnard Personnel Group is seeking a Quality, Compliance & Systems professional to own our client's integrated management system, including quality, product safety and OH&S. You will drive compliance verification and ensure operations consistently meet peak standards.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and extensive experience in QA, compliance and quality systems within manufacturing, with demonstrated ownership of certified management systems and strong GMP/HACCP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quality Management, Food Safety, Engineering or related field.
• 7 years in quality assurance, compliance and quality systems in manufacturing/production.
• At least 3 years in a systems-owner or supervisory role.
• Experience owning a certified management system (e.g., BRCGS Packaging and/or ISO 9001).
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP/HARA, Quality FMEA and OH&S HIRA.
• Experience managing internal audit programmes including system, process and contractor audits.
• Hands-on CAPA, change management, calibration and measurement control.
• Strong analytical, investigation, documentation and reporting with attention to records and SOPs.
