Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a Quality Control/QA role in food manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Experience with laboratory testing methods and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process and finished goods.
• Maintain QA procedures and documentation.
• Monitor production lines for quality adherence.
• Perform laboratory analyses and document results.
• Identify deviations and report to management.
• Collaborate with production to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and food safety regulations (HACCP).
• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment.
• Support internal and external audits.
